Wedding Packages

It is our goal that every wedding event at Mimosa Ridge is exactly what the bride of the day has envisioned, plus a little extra. Every aspect of the wedding can be customized just as you desire. Large or small, elegant or rustic, it is our desire to meet and exceed your expectations. All packages are basic and standard to give us a starting point to begin the planning of your dream wedding. Every aspect is prepared by myself, Bruce, and my staff.

All wedding packages include the chapel and reception area decorated with green plants, with appropriate number of tables and chairs. Reception tables are tastefully decorated with lanterns and candles; however, fresh flowers and greenery are available according to desire and a price will be determined separately.

The cost for attendant bouquets and boutonnieres and all other fresh floral arrangements will be determined by the individual wedding party needs. Cabin rentals are available on site. After the wedding rehearsal, we can provide a rehearsal dinner or rehearsal breakfast. Menus listed in the packages are standard, but custom menus are available.

Outside food, flowers, and cakes are not permitted.

We do allow alcohol at your event. Everything pertaining to the bar will be your responsibility. Cups, ice, napkins, someone to serve, etc.

Our facility can accommodate up to 350+ guests. 

Package A

Elopement 

Private ceremony for couple only. Ceremony can be held in the chapel or the riverfront gazebo. Chapel and gazebo will be decorated with green plants. Minister can be provided if needed, Notary included. 1-2 hour time frame for ceremony and pictures.

Intimate
Ceremony

Cozy and intimate for up to 25 guests. Fresh flower bridal bouquet and boutonniere included. Ceremony can be held in the chapel or the riverfront gazebo. Chapel and gazebo will be decorated with green plants. Wedding party will receive a guest book.  Recorded music will be provided, or the wedding party can provide their own music.

(with a riverfront reception)

Ceremony and reception for up to 25 guests. The chapel, gazebo, and reception area will be decorated with green plants, and appropriate number of tables and chairs. Brides bouquet and grooms boutonniere included fresh flowers you choose. Reception tables will be tastefully decorated with colored topper of bride’s choice and choice of a lantern or candle arrangement are standard. However, custom fresh arrangements are always available upon request and are priced accordingly. Wedding party will receive their guest book and unity candle.  Recorded music will be provided, or the wedding party can provide thier own music.

Riverfront reception for the couple and up to 25 guests. Menu includes your choice of hot and cold hor d'oeurves, sandwiches, fruit and vegetable trays, dips, chips, crackers, cheeses, and heavy entrees (see menu).

Reception tables will be tastefully decorated with colored topper of brides choice and choice of lantern or candle arrangements are standard. However, custom fresh arrangements are always available upon request and are priced accordingly. Wedding party will receive their guest book and unity candle. Recorded music will be provided, or the wedding party can provide their own music.

Riverfront reception for the couple and up to 50 guests. Menu includes hot and cold hor d'oeurves, sandwiches, fruit and vegetable trays, dips, chips, crackers, cheeses, and heavy entrees.

Extravaganza

Ceremony and reception for 100 guests. The chapel, gazebo, and reception area will be decorated with green plants and appropriate number of tables and chairs. Brides bouquet and grooms boutonniere included fresh flowers you choose. Reception tables will be tastefully decorated with colored topper of brides choice and choice of lantern or candle arrangements are standard. However, other custom fresh arrangements are always available upon request and are priced accordingly. Wedding party will receive their guest book and unity candle. Recorded music will be provided, or the wedding party can provide their own music.

Riverfront reception for the couple and up to 100 guests*. Menu includes hot and cold hor d'oeurves, sandwiches, fruit and vegetable trays, dips, chips, crackers, cheeses, and heavy entrees.

*If expected guest list is over 100, add $25.00 per person.

 

DEPOSIT to book your date and time is $1,000. All deposits are non-refundable.
